Component design
For Feared Aero, I developed the splitter, front diffuser, strakes and mounting geometry around the WRX reference. The project included preparation for a CFD workflow. Aerodynamic performance has not been validated in this case study.
Feared Aero design work
The wider Feared Aero role, documented in 2024, covered 3D design and simulation work: Produced 3D design work and computational fluid dynamics (CFD) visualisations for aerodynamic components. Created product models and rendered airflow simulations to communicate design performance and optimisation. Contributed to industrial design projects requiring both aesthetic modelling and technical aerodynamic analysis. Tools used across that work: Blender, OpenFOAM and ParaView.
