Design for fabrication and simulation
For Feared Aero, I developed aero-component geometry around the vehicle reference and prepared iterations for fabrication and CFD work. The development used OpenFOAM and ParaView; these images do not establish a measured aerodynamic gain.
Feared Aero design work
The wider Feared Aero role, documented in 2024, covered 3D design and simulation work: Produced 3D design work and computational fluid dynamics (CFD) visualisations for aerodynamic components. Created product models and rendered airflow simulations to communicate design performance and optimisation. Contributed to industrial design projects requiring both aesthetic modelling and technical aerodynamic analysis. Tools used across that work: Blender, OpenFOAM and ParaView.
